1. Processing Transactions
- RiseUp partners with licensed third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions.
- We support major credit cards, debit cards, and other region-specific payment methods.
2. Payout Schedules
- Creator earnings are deposited into a pending balance and become available for withdrawal after a clearance period.
- Payouts are processed according to the schedule selected by the creator, subject to a minimum threshold.
3. Chargebacks and Fraud
- Creators are protected against fraudulent chargebacks through our internal risk systems.
- However, excessive chargebacks associated with a specific creator account may result in payout delays or account suspension.
