Master Terms of Service

These are the master terms governing your use of Rise Up Creators, operated by Sharde Media and Productions Pvt. Ltd.. The full, authoritative document is available above.

1. The platform

RiseUp is a hosted Creator OS that lets creators run their own page, memberships, experiences, merch, crowdfunding and authenticated collectibles, and lets fans discover, support and belong to those communities.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for accurate account information. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Payments

All payments are processed in INR through an RBI-licensed payment partner. RiseUp does not hold customer balances. Platform fees and payout schedules are described inside your dashboard and may be updated with notice.

4. Creator content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Rise Up Creators a limited licence to host, process and display your content as required to operate the service. Copyright takedowns are handled per applicable Indian law and our published process.

5. Collectibles

Authenticated collectibles on RiseUp are cultural objects, not financial products. They have no resale or investment value beyond the creator-approved fixed price set in INR.

6. Termination

You can leave at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
